Sarah Brown
Lettings Manager
I have been working in the property industry for ten years now. I have worked for corporate estate agents in the past, which I enjoyed but decided to move to Pymm & Co so I could provide my landlords and tenants with a more flexible approach to customer service. I have extensive knowledge in the lettings industry, and I'm NFOPP Level 3 qualified. In my spare time I help out on our family farm, I also enjoy being Secretary for North Walsham Young Farmers.

Megan George
Head of Property Management
I have worked in customer service-related roles for the past 11 years. I came back to Pymm & Co after having a 2-year break from 2020-2022, to travel and work in Australia. I chose to come back to my Pymm and Co family, in the property management team. I have 6 years’ experience in Property Management and can honestly say that I love my job. Outside of work I enjoy being with friends and family, running and traveling most of all.

Sam Shaw
Senior Property Manager
I have only started working in the property management sector at Pymm & Co, after changing my career from a ZooKeeper. With my previous job, I was able to settle into this fast-paced environment and with such amazing colleagues, they have welcomed me with open eyes. Working with customers is something I am passionate about, and like helping people as much as I possibly can. Working at Pymm & Co has enabled me to learn and be trained correctly- no question is too big and my managers are always happy to help when I need them.

I have been working within the property industry for 20 years, I started my experience in commercial property within a serviced business centre and then changed my career slightly working in residential lettings. I have covered all aspects in lettings from negotiating to property management, managing a small portfolio for a multi landlord and on occasions I have carried out valuations.

Lettings Negotiator
I have recently joined Pymm and Co estate agent as a lettings negotiator, after working in hospitality for many years and more recently as a Wedding and Events Co-ordinator. I have used my customer service skills from my previous job to make sure our tenants and landlords have the best service from us. I have been very fortunate to have been able to work in the property industry. Outside of work, I mostly enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.

Samuel Sykes-Drinkell
Property Manager
I have recently joined Pymm & Co after changing career paths from a Secondary School Music Teacher. Some skills I have brought to the team are; being able to handle stressful situations and work calmly under pressure. Joining the Pymm & Co team was like joining a family, I enjoy coming to work every day – the support from my colleagues is unwavering. Outside of work I am an avid musician which I believe helps me solve problems with a creative mindset.

Theresa Hanbury
Viewings Representative
I have worked in Estate Agency since September 2019, where I started as a sales negotiator. I mainly conduct the viewings for Pymm & Co. By doing this I spend a lot of time face to face with our clients, taking feedback and show casing our properties as best I can. In the time I spend within the office I answer calls, take messages for my colleagues and book appointments, whether that be a valuation, viewing or some advice for financial services or solicitors.

Chris has worked for Pymm & Co since 2017 showing potential purchasers around houses, she loves property and has always been fascinated with buying and selling houses. In her spare time Chris enjoys walking and socialising with friends.

I have lived in Norwich all my life and have always had a passion for property. I have worked for Pymm & Co lettings for two and a half years now in the accounts department and I enjoy how we are like one big family and all strive to deliver the best service we can to our customers.
