What’s included in our let only service?
Pymm & Co offer marketing and advertising of your property, both in-house and via the property portal, Rightmove. We also provide accompanied viewings, the preparation of tenancy agreements/legal paperwork, plus tenant selection and full reference checks. This includes personal, employer, and current landlord/agency references. Furthermore, we can assist with the registration of tenant’s deposits, and have the initial right to ‘right to rent’ check.
For an additional cost, Pymm & Co can also provide an inventory report from an independent inventory, plus arrange annual gas safety testing.
What’s included in our rent collection service?
Our rent collection service offers the same benefits as our let only service (see full list above). However, this service also includes the collection of monthly rents, the provision of monthly account statements, plus chasing any possible rent arrears.
What’s included in our full management service?
The clue is in the name! Our full management service is here for all your landlord needs, utilising all the benefits of our rent collection service, plus many more.
Pymm & Co’s full management service also includes regular property inspections by one of our experienced staff members, plus the organisation of maintenance and routine repairs. Furthermore, we will prepare and send any appropriate legal notices, should they be required.
